1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Vibe Coding Club (the "Community"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the revised terms.
2. Description of services
Vibe Coding Club provides the following services:
Education
Programming courses, workshops and tech talks
Community platform
Member discussion, experience sharing and networking
Event organising
Hackathons, tech contests and social events
Career support
Career guidance, internships and professional development
3. User responsibilities and code of conduct
Account responsibilities
- Provide true and accurate registration information
- Protect your account password and sign-in details
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
Prohibited conduct
The following is prohibited:
- • Publishing illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive or defamatory content
- • Infringing others’ intellectual property or privacy
- • Sending spam or unauthorised commercial promotion
- • Uploading viruses or other harmful code
- • Interfering with or disrupting normal service
- • Impersonating others or providing false information

4. Intellectual property
Our content
All content on this website, including text, images, audio, video, software, code and design, is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify or commercially use this content without our express written consent.
User content
Content you post in the Community (such as posts, comments and code) remains your intellectual property. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to operate and promote Community services.
Open-source contributions
We encourage members to contribute to open source and to respect the relevant licences.

Fees and refunds
- All fees are in Macao patacas (MOP)
- Membership fees are billed yearly and auto-renew
- Request a full refund within 30 days
- Give 7 days’ notice before cancelling membership
6. Service availability and limits
Service availability
We work to keep services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upgrades or force majeure may cause temporary interruptions.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vibe Coding Club is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services.
7. Account termination
Termination by you
- You may delete your account at any time
- Account deletion takes 7 days to process
- You may request an export of your data
Our right to terminate
- Violations of the Terms of Service
- Long-inactive accounts
- Security or legal considerations
8. Legal terms
Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Macao SAR. Macao courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
Dispute resolution
We encourage resolving disputes by:
- First, try to resolve it through direct conversation
- Seek third-party mediation
- As a last step, consider legal action
